    Jamie is a seasoned restaurateur with an impressive track record, having led renowned establishments and excelled in various roles, including chef, server, owner, and currently as the general manager of Brass Elk Brewing. With a wealth of experience, Jamie brings valuable expertise to the table every day, serving as the backbone of the entire brewery.

    Chef “Figgy” is a rising talent with diverse experience in the restaurant industry. With experience in event execution, fine dining, & everything in between, he is sure to wow you with his staple menu items and creative features!

    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

    Brad joins us with extensive experience in hospitality, from fine dining to the world of sports, he’s traveled the US learning from the best! With roots behind the bar at LaSalle Grill, to most recently working with the Texas Rangers, he’s back in the area and sure to have a story on your next visit.

    Ryan is an accomplished brewer with an impressive resume. He has worked at renowned breweries like Goose Island in Chicago, as well as Ska Brewing Company and 12 Degree Brewing Company in Colorado. Ryan's philosophy is all about balance and creating flavorful, enjoyable brews rooted in tradition without following fleeting trends. He focuses on crafting robust beers that are easy to drink.

    Rieder is back! A long time resident behind the bar, Rieder recently returned to us to direct our bar operations at Brass Elk! With a healthy knowledge in craft cocktails, he is eager to meet you & help you find your next favorite!

    Laurel, the empress heir to the LaSalle Hospitality Group, acquired Brass Elk as an opportunity to broaden her restaurant expertise and establish her own venture. With a background in catering, Laurel has swiftly enhanced the Brass Elk brand.
